Security
Trionis handles policyholder data, financial records and claims history. The platform is built around isolation, least-privilege access and a full audit trail as defaults — not optional configuration.
Every insurer, UMA or broker on Trionis operates in a genuinely isolated data space, enforced at the data layer — not just filtered in the interface. One tenant's staff cannot query or see another tenant's data, by construction.
Access is granted by permission, not by convenience. An underwriter, claims adjuster and finance officer each see and can act on exactly what their role requires — enforced on every request, not just hidden in the interface.
Policy changes, claim decisions and financial postings are all recorded against a real actor and timestamp. When support staff need to view tenant data to help resolve an issue, that access is itself logged — every time, without exception.
When Trionis support needs to help debug an issue on your account, access is explicit, permission-gated, fully logged, and read-only — support staff can see what you see, but cannot make changes on your behalf.
Repeated failed login attempts lock an account automatically. Passwords are never stored in the clear, and password resets happen through verified, time-limited links.
All traffic to and from Trionis is encrypted end to end. There is no unencrypted path into the platform.
